Problem

Migrating hundreds of customers from the legacy PABX to the new platform involved multiple steps and owners, with no centralized visibility into progress, bottlenecks, or delivery quality.

Solution

Internal system built with PostgreSQL, Python and Streamlit to track every migration step, measure quality metrics, and analyze bottlenecks by owner. The collected data feeds Power BI dashboards, turning operational tracking into strategic indicators.
